As a Detroit native and the son of a former Olympian, Peyton Carr learned at a young age that his hard work and unwavering commitment to his values would help him achieve success. As a young man, Peyton was self-employed as a painter, working hard and making a fine living, until he met an older man who hired him to help with his roofing business. When he was ready to retire, the man sold his company to Peyton, who had fallen in love with roofing and has remained in the roofing industry ever since.
